Since 2019 Biocline has been the organizer and administrator of the Program for Training Authorized Person (and other Key Personnel) of ATP Manufacturer in Hong Kong. This program is recognized by the Reindustrialisation and Technology Training Programme (RTTP), a funding scheme under the Innovation and Technology Fund which subsidises local Hong Kong companies on a 2:1 matching basis to train their staff in advanced technologies.

 

The program consists of the following components:

1 —THEORETICAL TRAINING

CPD-accredited Theoretical Training via interactive video-conferencing with instructors from Germany on: 

• 5 topics from Annexes from July 2018 PE 009-14 Annexes

• 9 topics from PIC´S PE 009-14 (Part I) 1 July 2018; and

2 —PRACTICAL TRAINING 
 

Practical Training and GMP facility visit in Austria with:

• 2 days of hands-on Practical Training at a fully equipped GMP facility built for training purposes with expert tutors in Austria; 

• Half day for review and theoretical discussions; and

• 2-3 days of facility visit in Austria.

3 — ASSESMENT
 

In order to complete the program:

• Attendance must be 90% or more; and

• Result of multiple-choice quiz(zes) must be at least 60%.
